Administrative Executive, HMG/BRCC
[What you will be working on]
Handle enquiries from the public through the Branch Service Line (HDB’s hotline) with professionalism. The enquiries can be on lease administration, housing maintenance,financeand car park matters.
Promote,educateand guide callers on the use of HDB’s e-Services
Provide case-specific advice and quality customer service to customers over the phone
Keep abreast with latest policies and proceduresso as toprovideaccurateinformation to customers
Resolve customer’s queries effectively and escalate problems promptly
Work as a team to ensure that call centre service KPIs are met
Any other tasks assigned
[What we are looking for]
Possess effective telecommunication & strong customer service skills
Have a passion to deliver customer-centric service
Proficient in English and another language
Can size up customers’ enquiries accurately and document them quickly in the system
Can handle stressful situations appropriately
Be meticulous and independent
Experience in customer service or call centre will have an added advantage
Successful candidates will be offered a1+1 yearcontract.
