
The Administrative Director of Nursing provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for nursing services within the facility, ensuring high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance. Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO), this role directs staffing, resource management, and policy implementation to support organizational goals. The Administrator collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to resolve issues, enhance care delivery, and promote continuous improvement. This position also serves as the primary decision-maker for nursing operations in the absence of the CNO.
