Our Client is seeking an Administrative Data Entry Specialist for its Durham, NC location. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in data entry, and advanced Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel, VLOOKUP, etc.), strong administrative skills, along with being highly organized and detailed oriented in a fast-paced industrial or telecom environment. Experience with dispatch or asset management software is a plus.
Role is responsible for consistently pulling information from the company database and entering it onto the trackers, entering information into database, closing tickets, maintaining inventory records, creating reports, handling administrative tasks, and other miscellaneous duties, with strong attention to detail.
