Job Description

Administrative Data Coordinator needed in Columbia to manage and perform a wide range of clerical and operation functions for a grant designed to help those in need. Duties include reviewing data to determine participant eligibility, managing the electronic application system, and entering data. This is a part time position. Pay is $16.21 per hour and hours will depend on if want health benefits, Monday through Friday.

Desired candidate should possess strong communication skills, excellent computer skills, have reliable attendance, and have a desire to help those in need. Our ideal candidate is an upbeat, compassionate individual who is willing to work in a fast paced, structured environment and be held to high expectations in regard to performance and initiative.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED. Associate's degree or post-secondary training or education preferred.
• Experience performing clerical functions in an office/service organization setting.
• Advanced level and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to accurately type 50 words per minute.
