The Role: Administrative Data Capturer

This role is focused on managing, capturing, and processing applications for Eskom and municipalities, ensuring compliance with SSEG (Small-Scale Embedded Generation) requirements. The position plays a critical role in liaising between clients, engineers, and electricians to ensure all documentation and applications are accurate and complete.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture and process Eskom and municipal SSEG applications.
• Assist customers in completing forms and ensure proper documentation.
• Liaise with engineers, electricians, and clients to verify application data.
• Follow up daily with Eskom on application progress.
• Stay updated on changing SSEG laws and processes.
• Maintain accurate and neat records of all applications.

About You

• Minimum 2 years administrative experience, ideally in a technical or compliance-driven field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, neat, and detail-oriented.
• Self-motivated with problem-solving ability.
• Own phone and reliable for office-based work in Brackenfell.
