Job Description

• Performs reception duties by receiving calls, determining the nature of business and directing accordingly.
• OS&D duties by identifying over, short and astray freight and trying to rectify the problem.
• Tracing of freight which includes looking for missing freight, looking up POD’s and B/L’s, finding out when a shipment was delivered.
• Adjust errors and complaints where applicable.
• Prepare and verify P&D Driver payroll and time cards.
• Assist with related projects as required.

• Computer skills - LTL 400.
• Effective Communication sills - both verbal and written.
• Developed organizational and time management skills.
• Diplomacy, quick thinking, patience, and the ability to perform under pressure.
• Quick, accurate key boarding skills.
• The ability to meet deadlines.
