Administrative Coordinator Senior
$26.00 - $32.20 | Hybrid

Empower department with high‑level administrative support, streamlined communication, and reliable problem‑solving. Provides essential administrative support that keeps programs, processes and daily operations running smoothly. A knowledgeable point of contact who keeps teams aligned and customers supported.

What you'll bring:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Administrative/Office courses, certificate, or degree may be preferred.
  • Five years or more job related experience required
  • Must possess a high level of computer proficiency, working knowledge of Outlook, Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to learn and effectively use a variety of computer
  • programs, plus the ability to use a variety of office equipment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required to establish and maintain internal and external working relationships.
  • This position may be subject to assessment of skills, job match, and/or aptitude.

What you'll do:

  • Provide a variety of high level administrative support tasks under limited supervision.
  • Coordinate and contribute in departmental projects and processes, and assists staff in meeting schedules and operational requirements.
  • Manage departmental records and information; receive, screen and direct incoming calls, visitors, mail and e-mail.
  • Maintain or assure appropriate and timely record keeping.
  • Arrange for or may provide staff training
  • Gather and review/analyze information to prepare reports or make recommendations.
  • Serve as resource to others internally and externally on department activities.
  • Possess advanced knowledge of the department’s policies and procedures and exercises independent judgment to resolve problems.
  • Answer various questions from customers and is capable to act as an informal resource for colleagues with less experience.

The expected hourly compensation range for this position is $26.00 - $32.20. Compensation offered to the selected candidate will vary depending on relevant knowledge, skills, training, experience, and market conditions. Additionally, this position qualifies for a comprehensive benefits package, including an Incentive Program, Retirement Benefits, Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Account, Flexible Spending Account, Life Insurance and Disability, Tuition Reimbursement, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences, and more.
