We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support our People Operations team. This role will report directly to the People Operations Manager and play a critical role in maintaining accurate employee data, supporting people operations systems administration, and ensuring a smooth employee experience throughout the onboarding and offboarding lifecycle.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys process coordination, and takes pride in maintaining accurate systems and documentation. The right candidate is proactive, dependable, technically savvy, and comfortable managing sensitive employee information with discretion and accuracy.
