Join a winning team supporting the Organ Transplant department at our Scripps Green Hospital as an Administrative Coordinator. In this important role, your primary responsibilities will be patient donor registration/registering new referrals, scheduling tests/visits, ensuring insurance authorizations are obtained, requesting release of information to be signed by patients when calling to schedule the consult, requesting medical records and uploading medical records into EPIC and giving the copies to the RN coordinator, and checking the Epic in-basket. The ideal candidate will have medical office experience, advanced problem-solving skills, and a pleasant and professional demeanor.
