DESCRIPTION:

Join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific as an Administrative Services Coordinator II, where you'll contribute to operational excellence across multiple business functions. You'll manage administrative processes, coordinate documentation, and serve as a liaison between departments while upholding our mission of enabling customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. In this position, you'll handle confidential records, process critical documentation, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure smooth operational workflow through attention to detail and organizational skills.

REQUIREMENTS

• 1 year of administrative experience in a professional environment
• Preferred Fields of Study: business, sciences, or related field
• Professional certifications in administrative services or relevant areas valued
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Experience with document control and records management
• Strong multitasking capabilities and time management skills
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines
• Experience with enterprise software systems preferred
• Knowledge of GMP and regulatory compliance beneficial
• Physical ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally
• Flexibility to adjust work schedules as needed
• Additional language abilities valued

Compensation

The estimated annualized pay range for this position in Ontario is $36,400.00–$54,550.00.
