THE ENGINE BEHIND THE CARE

Every strong organization has a force that keeps everything aligned.

The person who sees what needs to happen before anyone says it.
The one who brings order to movement.
The one who makes complexity feel effortless.

This is that role.

At ComForCare Home Care, we’re hiring an Administrative Coordinator to be the operational backbone of our caregiving team.

This is not a traditional office position.
This is the coordination hub that keeps in-home care running smoothly every single day.

✨ WHAT YOU’LL DO

You are the connection point between caregivers, clients, families, and leadership.

• Coordinate caregiver schedules and ensure shifts are fully covered
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and team growth
• Manage key details: availability, documentation, communication flow
• Help leadership stay organized, proactive, and efficient
• Communicate with families, partners, and vendors
• Support community outreach and social media presence

You bring structure to movement—and keep care uninterrupted.

✨ WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT

You thrive in fast-paced, people-centered environments where no two days look the same.

✔ You’re the “go-to” person others rely on
✔ You stay organized while managing multiple priorities
✔ You communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally
✔ You take initiative without waiting for direction
✔ You balance structure, flexibility, and people skills with ease

✨ WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS

This isn’t just behind-the-scenes work.

It directly impacts:
• Caregiver stability
• Family peace of mind
• Client safety and consistency
• The overall quality of care in the home

When you do your job well, everything else works better.

💙 THE IMPACT YOU MAKE HERE

Your work doesn’t sit in an office.

It reaches into homes.
It supports caregivers on the front lines.
It helps families feel secure and cared for.

You are the reason care stays connected, consistent, and strong.

If you’re ready to step into a role where your organization skills actually change lives, ComForCare is ready for you.
Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Live your best life possible while helping others live theirs.

Our Caregivers are the heart and soul of what we do. For that reason, we put our CaregiversFirst each and every day.

At ComForCare, it is our CaregiverFirst promise, that our caregivers will be:

  • Treated with respect and dignity.
  • Provided exceptional training on a regular and ongoing basis.
  • Are never alone in the field - support is always available.
  • Thoughtfully matched with clients that they are compatible with.

Join our team and be a part of a certified Great Place To Work®! Thousands of ComForCare employees were surveyed and the response was overwhelmingly positive, with 90% agreeing that ComForCare is in fact a Great Place To Work®.
