Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Coordinator to support the Global E-Commerce department. This role is responsible for providing day-to-day administrative and coordination support, ensuring smooth team operations, and assisting with internal events and office resource management in a fast-paced, global environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support planning and execution of department-wide activities, including all-hands meetings, team events, leadership workshops, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Provide daily administrative support, including expense processing, documentation management, internal communications, and employee recognition coordination.
- Assist with office and workspace management, including seating arrangements, desk allocation, and office resource coordination based on business needs.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support cross-functional activities and ensure timely follow-up and execution of operational requests.
- Support the improvement and standardization of administrative processes by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
