Salary Range:

$50,639.00 - $75,959.00The Administrative Coordinator utilizes collaboration and project management skills to assist with assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of department activities contributing to the success of the department and promoting the department's brand.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assists Manager with daily schedules, departmental communication, and transcription of meeting minutes
  • Acts as the EHS liaison for Credentialed staff members
  • Department resource for EMR documentation, workflow, and reporting
  • Coordination of regulatory tracking of special programs annual requirements
  • High level organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Requires strong multi-tasking capabilities
  • Requires adherence to strict confidentiality guidelines


Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree - required
  • Prior experience in high level customer service
  • Prior experience in a medical office and utilization of EMR
  • Working knowledge of computer-based applications and strong PC/ keyboard skills.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology.
  • Strong attention to detail and demonstrated ability to use sound judgment in decision making.
  • Excellent organizational skills with demonstrated time management skills.
  • Ability to handle high workload volume with many variables, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Excellent customer service skills (written and verbal), demonstrating the ability to work effectively and efficiently with a diverse population.
  • Ability to work well independently as well as within a team unit.
