Accountabilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating annotation and data collection operations while ensuring smooth communication and timely delivery across distributed teams.

• Coordinate and manage daily workflows for global freelancer teams involved in data annotation and collection projects
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure deadlines are consistently met across multiple ongoing projects
• Maintain clear and structured communication with freelancers and internal stakeholders across different time zones
• Use project management and communication tools to track tasks, updates, and project status effectively
• Support the organization and optimization of data collection and annotation processes to improve efficiency and quality
• Identify bottlenecks or issues in workflows and proactively propose solutions to maintain productivity
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality standards are upheld across all delivered outputs
• Assist in reporting project progress and operational metrics to internal teams

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.

• Proven experience in administrative, coordination, or project support roles
• Experience or familiarity with data collection and annotation workflows is highly desirable
• Proficiency with tools such as Asana, Slack, and spreadsheet applications (e.g., Excel or Google Sheets)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a focus on meeting deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and clear approach
