COM | Peds Neonatology Clinic B Admin

The Administrative Coordinator will provide administrative support for the Department of
Pediatrics/Division of Neonatology. The position will report to the Neonatology Office Manager and provide assistance in planning, event coordination, purchasing, scheduling, and more.
Bachelor's degree plus two (2) years of experience in general administrative office support or
Associate's degree plus four (4) years of experience in general administrative office support or
High School Diploma/GED plus six (6) years of experience in general administrative office support required.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Detail-oriented and organized.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and interdependently.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work under deadline pressure.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities:
Coordinates office activities with the office manager and other professional staff within and outside the assigned unit.
Maintains ACH/UAMS on-duty physician schedule entries in Qgenda.
Gathers information for credentialing for the Neonatology Faculty.
Oversees completion of the Time and Effort forms for the Neonatology Department.
Updates Neonatology faculty profiles on the UAMS website.
Enter purchase orders/travel in SAP for Neonatology faculty physicians.
Management of IT inventory in the Neonatology Department.
Assist with didactic meetings and organizing meetings for residents.
Request privileges for department access to various programs and folders for faculty.
Performs other duties as assigned.
