$50,639.00 - $75,959.00The position has direct responsibility of supporting the Director, Patient Engagement, Associate Director, Revenue Cycle Operations, Managers, Supervisors and staff of the Patient Engagement Center. Manages department budget for all sub accounts and issues monthly budget report. Coordinates all ordering of supplies for department. Assists in the scheduling managing leadership’s Outlook schedules. The Administrative Coordinator will interact with Patients and Stakeholders to assist in problem resolution.
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
- Excellent proficiency with Microsoft WORD, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher and Access
- High level of professionalism and discreet management of information.
- Strong customer service skill; proven oral and written skill
- Ability to multi-task in a stressful environment
- Keen attention detail
Experience:
- Advanced secretarial skills; including Excel, PowerPoint and Access
- 5-7 years experience office setting
Education:
- HS Diploma; Associate Degree preferred
