EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION:

Job Duties:

The overall function of this position is to receive and distribute supplies to department personnel and to maximize warehousing space by keeping supplies organized. This position is located in the District 07 Unit 001 of the Department of Transportation and Development and reports directly to the Admin Program Manager 3. The incumbent must be self-motivated and be able to perform duties many times with or without minimal supervision and also be able to interpret unforeseen conditions as they may arise. The incumbent will participate in appropriate DOTD structured training programs and attend all continuing education classes and conferences deemed necessary to facilitate the performance of required tasks.

As an Administrative Coordinator, you'll help create a positive first impression for every person who walks through our doors. In this role, you will:

  • Provides constant coverage of the front desk of the stockroom.
  • Creates, revises and maintains purchase requisitions ordered from DOTD Central Warehouse in accordance with DOTD Procurement Policies and Division of Administration requirements.
  • Must have a working knowledge of SAP, Agile, Microsoft Office Excel and Word.

Responsible for the perpetual inventory control records by the use of computer and current inventory levels ensuring essential inventory items are never depleted.

Appointment Type: Probational or Promotional

Work Schedule: Work hours are Monday through Thursday, 10 hour days
