The Office of Juvenile Justice is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Administrative Coordinator 3 to provide essential clerical and program support to the Regional Office. This role supports daily operations through effective communication, accurate documentation, and strong coordination with agency departments, contracted providers, and community partners.
This role is ideal for someone who excels in multitasking, communication, and maintaining smooth administrative operations that support the mission of the Regional Office.
Two years of experience in administrative services.
EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION:
Every 15 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as six months of experience.

Job Duties:
You will assist with client support, scheduling, mail processing, and administrative communication while maintaining accurate payroll and timekeepingrecords, managing office supplies, and supporting managers with calendars, travel, and reporting needs. The position requires strong organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation: $13.77 - $23.59 hourly
