We have dedicated employees who are committed to the upkeep and safety of our College.The Property Control department is seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to fill a full-time Administrative Coordinator 3 position to assist with a variety of property control measures on behalf of the college.

EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION:
Every 15 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as six months of experience.

Supplemental information

Job Duties:

  • Responsible for creating new assets in recoup and physically tagging assets. Functions as liaison with college personnel to schedule tagging of larger assets within specific departments.

  • Compares asset data with provided information and reconciles information accordingly.

  • Assists with data entry in preparation for the annual certification and audit responses.

  • Serves as mailroom backup staff. Duties Include retrieving mall from the USPS, distribution, retrieving outgoing mail from all DCC campuses.

  • Physically receives (signs for) and logs incoming packages, for the college, using WTS software from FedEx, UPS and other commercial carriers.

  • Adds/edits green tagged assets-in a spreadsheet and saves to the property control shared drive. Saves purchase order{s) in the shared drive.


Position-Specific Details:

Appointment Type: Probational - This position may be filled as a Probationary Appointment requiring 12-24 months on probation.
