Administrative Coordinator – Empire Home Infusion Service is a nonprofit local home infusion pharmacy provider, proudly serving the greater Capital Region for 33 years. Our office is located at 10 Blacksmith Drive in Malta. We have an opportunity for an individual to join our team who enjoys a fast paced, team based work environment and is interested in learning new skills. A thorough orientation will be provided. Provides general support to the pharmacy and delivery teams, coordinates with our outsource billing and insurance verification vendor, and provides overall administrative support for the EHIS pharmacy.
Ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, the ability to utilize/learn a range of software programs (Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, and our electronic medical record system.
Work schedule is M-F 8am to 4-4:30pm.

Requirements:
2-4 years previous administrative experience required.
Associates degree preferred but not required. High school diploma required.
Ability to work as part of a team, strong customer service, communication, organizational, time management and computer skills required.
Should be familiar with outlook, excel and one note a plus!

Pay Range - $19.20- $25.58
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.”
