We are seeking an Administrative & Clinical Support Specialist to provide both operational and administrative support across Medical Administration and Longevity Medicine. In this role, you will help coordinate processes, assist with day-to-day operations, and actively support client-facing therapeutic services, including HBOT, Cryotherapy, and Infrared Sauna
You will play a key role in ensuring smooth administrative operations, supporting various medical teams as needed, and contributing to the maintenance of accurate documentation and compliance across the organisation. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys a mix of administrative work, clinical support, and direct interaction with clients.
This role provides a unique opportunity to be part of an international, high-end environment where service excellence and professionalism are at the heart of everything we do. You will work alongside a motivated and supportive team, benefit from a thorough induction, and be part of a collaborative and respectful workplace culture. We value openness, trust, and shared commitment, and offer you the chance to make a meaningful impact in a company with a clear mission: helping people achieve lasting change.
If you are inspired by our vision and would like to contribute to a world-class standard of care, we would be delighted to receive your application in English, including your CV, letter of motivation, salary expectations, and earliest possible start date.

Our treatment centre is different from most clinics in the world; different because we treat one client at a time - very privately.
Our international team of doctors, therapists, nurses, counsellors and other professionals offers a full range of addiction treatment and psychiatric services for individuals and their families.
We treat alcoholism and drug addiction, eating disorders, gambling compulsivity, sex and love, as well as internet compulsivity. Psychiatric services address personality disorders, depression, anxiety, obsessive/compulsive disorder, phobias, and trauma.
The Kusnacht approach involves one client working one-on-one with our therapists eight hours a day, not eight hours monthly, as is the case with many clinics.
