Essential Job Responsibilities:
Administrative Duties:
- Answer phone calls and emails, providing information about the clinic and procedures. • Discuss clinic services with potential new patients, addressing their questions and concerns. • Schedule patient appointments and manage the office schedule.
- Process payments for patient visits.
- Maintain the clinic director’s calendar, coordinating meetings, patient visits, and other commitments.
Clinical Support:
- Teach patients their at-home therapies.
- Provide feedback and guidance on therapy progress at each visit.
- Oversee and manage rehab equipment, ensuring proper use and maintenance. • Monitor patients while they utilize rehabilitation equipment.
- Document and report patient progress to doctors or preceptor interns.
Marketing & Outreach:
- Research local community events for potential marketing opportunities.
- Assist in brainstorming and implementing marketing initiatives to grow the clinic’s presence.
- Collaborate with the marketing team at Life Chiropractic College West to execute campaigns and  outreach efforts.
- Attend periodic community events alongside preceptor interns and doctors.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a chiropractic, medical, or rehabilitation office setting.
- Background in health sciences, biology, neuroscience, or related fields is highly desirable.
- Prior administrative experience in healthcare or patient-centered environments is a plus.
- Demonstrated passion for supporting individuals with complex and chronic neurological conditions.
- Proficient in scheduling systems and general office management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a dynamic clinical setting.
- Comfortable providing hands-on guidance and physical support to patients during therapeutic activities.
- Highly self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience in marketing, social media, or community outreach is preferred.
