Title Administrative & Clerical Support Specialist (CSA)

Location: Portsmouth, VA

Pay Rate: $24/hr

Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8AM–5PM

We’re hiring an Administrative Support Specialist to support the Children’s Services Act (CSA) division. This role handles daily office operations, meeting coordination, data tracking, and communication to support programs serving children and families.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform clerical duties (filing, data entry, email/phone support)
• Maintain confidential records and tracking spreadsheets
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes
• Support reports, documentation, and CSA program activities
• Assist with office operations, supplies, and compliance tasks

Qualifications

• High school diploma required (Associate preferred)
• Administrative or clerical experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Experience with CSA or social services is a plus
