Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

  • 3 years of administrative experience in a high-tech or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).
  • Ability to communicate in English and French fluently to engage with clients in the region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 6 years of administrative experience supporting executive-level management in a corporate environment, and managing small-scale projects and events from pre-planning to execution.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Vice-President Country Manager of Google France and LCS France as their Executive / Administrative Business Partner (E/ABP) working in close collaboration with its closest supporting teams to provide comprehensive administrative support, such as managing calendars, booking travel, and coordinating resources; in a timely manner and with careful attention to detail.
  • Act as a trusted partner and proxy for the Country Manager, attending key meetings, participating in projects, and making decisions on their behalf as needed.
  • Serve as a leadership resource for the site, helping to coordinate social events, and community engagements in partnership with other teams.
  • Plan, manage, and execute team and site-level offsites, events, and activities, from pre-planning through to budget management and execution.
  • Build efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations and help define new operational strategies for the site.
