Job Description
Minimum qualifications:
- 2 years of administrative experience in a technology or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.)
Preferred qualifications:
- 1 year of administrative experience supporting a team in a fast-paced, technology environment.
- Experience in calendar management, high-volume travel scheduling and booking.
- Ability to establish priorities, work independently, successfully execute multiple projects, and proceed with objectives with minimal supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and in the language you would support.
- Strong process/project management, prioritization and multi-tasking capabilities.

- Manage a wide range of administrative tasks including complex calendar management, travel co-ordination, expense reports, event planning, space planning, email communications, inbox management, etc.
- Co-ordinate highly complex field visits across the LATAM region regularly, including customer, partner, employee meetings and other critical stakeholder meetings.
- Be a strong team contributor to the LATAM Artificial Intelligence Leadership Team (AI LT) team, which includes the Customer Executive Officer, Strategy and Operations (S&O) Leaders and Global AI teams.
- Work with executive leadership and their teams in Cloud and across Google.
- Adapt comfortably to fluctuations in the calendar as priorities shift, managing shifts as required with tight deadlines.
