Job Description


Minimum qualifications:

  • 3 years of administrative experience in a technology or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in executive support, administrative operations management, non-technical project management, or corporate event planning.
  • Experience serving as a project lead from conception to completion.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of process, project and program management theory and practices and the ability to apply them when solving operational issues.
  • Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies; interest and experience in using technology and the internet to improve work efficiency.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a various range of people and job functions.
  • Observe and preserve complete confidentiality on all business matters.

  • Plan and organize internal and external programs and events and manage event logistics in collaboration with internal partners and external vendors.
  • Complete travel coordination tasks with minimal guidance.
