Job Description


Minimum qualifications:

  • 2 years of administrative experience in a high-tech or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).

Preferred qualifications:

  • 3 years of administrative experience supporting executive-level management in a corporate environment, and managing small-scale projects and events from pre-planning to execution.
  • Experience in providing administrative support to executives within a fast-paced team and international environment.
  • Ability to lead small to medium sized projects and manage teams. Ability to take initiative and build productive relationships.
  • Ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced, changing work environment, and prioritize multiple functions, tasks and manage work time efficiently.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, advocate and execute team summits, workshops, events, and activities for APAC 3PDC sites.
  • Perform an array of tasks including but not limited to managing team budget, site-event calendars, room booking calendars, executive visit, etc.
  • Act as a point of contact for other departments and external suppliers, appropriately managing confidential information as necessary.
  • Collaborate with the global Administrative Business Partner (ABP) team to ensure successful execution of regularly scheduled domestic and international meetings, events, or projects.
  • Build efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, and help define and execute new operational strategies. Work closely with Public Affairs Managers to build relationships with the local community. Serve as the first point of contact for site-related information and questions.
