Work under minimal supervision performing general, routine clerical duties. Must be able to perform and/or function in EBS and MS Office (as this position will be assisting in order entry and customer service).

Responsibilities:

• Read blueprint/schematics.
• Create wiring labels and assess schematics for any discrepancies.
• Perform routine duties involving occasional contacts with production employees.
• Work closely with engineering Operate standard office equipment such as computers, copiers, fax machines, phone and laminator.
• Supply information to and assist callers as best as possible.
• Special administrative projects and duties as assigned by department supervisor.
• Ordering office supplies.
• Document Control Administrator for Design Engineering Release Projects.
• Engineering Change Orders (ECO`s)
• Distribute Engineering Change Requests (ECR`s)
• General office machine maintenance, order office supplies

Skills & Experience:

• Written and oral communication skills
• Clerical and computer skills
• 5+ years and/or previous manufacturing admin experience

Physical Requirements:

• Some bending and lifting
