Job Description

Job Location Santo Domingo Office - Santo Domingo, Distrito Nacional 10119 Job Shift Full Time

Reporting to the Site Office Manager, the Administrative Associate, Operations is responsible for working in conjunction with other departments and vendors to support the Santo Domingo location.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Administers day-to-day purchase and invoice process, matching invoices to purchase orders, obtaining approvals for payment and tracking outstanding invoices using Excel.
  • Assists in communicating and negotiating with local vendors, overviews and enforces the corporate procurement policies with vendors.
  • Supports special projects, as needed, including translating documents, office moves and other needs, as directed by management.
  • Interacts and responds to inquiries from various departments in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Researches pricing and submits purchase requisitions for approval.
  • Places orders for equipment and office supplies.
  • Assists with maintaining asset inventory.
  • Coordinates all visits and audits.
  • Assists with vendor invoicing and payment process.
  • Supports the scheduling and planning of engagement activities at the site, as needed.
  • Support and collaborate with front desk, as needed.
  • Builds and improve vendors catalog ensuring all providers are compliant with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Ability to maintain a consistent and regular attendance in accordance with an established schedule.
  • Ability to work onsite/in-office and in accordance with CCS and department policies and procedures.



Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Finance or Accounting preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED Equivalent is required.
