We are seeking an Administrative Associate- Data Entry with exceptional attention to detail and a strong focus on numeric data entry This role requires speed, accuracy, and organizational skills to ensure data integrity and smooth office operations. Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-volume numeric data entry with speed and precision.
• Maintain accuracy in entering invoices, inventory counts, and other numeric records.
• Answer incoming calls, route them appropriately, and provide excellent customer service.
• Support general clerical and administrative tasks using established office procedures.
• Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation and reporting.
• Prioritize and organize multiple tasks effectively.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members while also working independently.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

• 1–2 years of administrative experience preferred.
• Strong numeric data entry skills with proven accuracy and speed.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Problem-solving skills and a positive, customer-focused attitude.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Additional Information

This role pays $21 per hour

Monday-Friday full time role and is fully on-site.
