Works under direction to assist with management of administrative and/or business functions of department, division, or unit.
May provide comprehensive administrative support to Office of Advanced Practice Directors, or other upper-level administrators. Relieves supervisor of various Internal administrative duties, which require thorough understanding of, and adherence to functions, programs, and policies of unit and university. Coordinates directors schedule; makes travel arrangements; plans meeting Itineraries, etc. for director or outside visitors. Maintains sub ledgers and ledgers for various accounts, Including reviewing Continuing Medical Education (CME) expenditures and encumbrances, reconciling accounts, and ensuring appropriate use of CME funds for 1200+ APPs. Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming emails, routing inquiries to appropriate stakeholders and ensuring timely responses. Coordinate and oversee the purchasing and procurement of office supplies, maintaining inventory levels and managing vendor relationships.
