RESPONSIBILITIES
Assists in the inventory, ordering, receipt, storage, issue and control of repair parts and materials and performs related physical and clerical tasks. Completes duties and assignments in a timely, efficient and competent manner. Complies with UH and departmental policies and regulations. Assures proper use and care of equipment and supplies. Maintains good guest and working relations.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Completion of high school or its equivalent is required. College level courses in business methods, bookkeeping, general stores operations and a commercial school course in computerized supply and storage operations are preferred. At least one year in supply and general stores operations and the use of a computer program in the control of stores is preferred. Two or more years of the aforementioned with emphasis on repair parts is preferred.
