ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Location: Johannesburg, South Africa (Onsite)

A leading organisation is seeking three highly organised and professional Administrative Assistants to support day-to-day office operations.

This role is ideal for proactive individuals who can manage multiple administrative tasks, maintain a professional front-office presence, and thrive in a fast-paced corporate environment.

THE ROLE

You will provide comprehensive administrative support to management and operational teams, ensuring smooth and efficient office operations.

Key responsibilities include:


  • Providing general administrative support across departments

  • Managing incoming calls, emails, and client queries professionally

  • Maintaining and updating filing systems (digital and physical)

  • Scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating diaries

  • Preparing documents, reports, and general correspondence

  • Assisting with data capturing and record keeping

  • Supporting ad hoc office and operational tasks as required

  • Ensuring a professional and welcoming front-office presence

  • Supporting overall office coordination and daily workflow

Key requirements:


  • Matric / Grade 12 (essential)

  • Previous administrative or office support experience (preferred)

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Strong organisational and multitasking ability

  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
