Please note, this role does not come with guaranteed hours per week but on an as-needed basis.
In the United Nations Impact Program, Crimson students build social impact projects aligned to the UN's Sustainable Development Goals and attend one of the UN’s major global conferences. Students learn to translate global policy into local action, and get the opportunity to connect with leaders and peers in their areas of interest.
The Administrative Assistant will provide comprehensive support to the UNIP Director for administration of the programme. This will include supporting conference planning, data management, contracting, and travel arrangements. The Administrative Assistant will also be responsible for other tasks as assigned to them by the Director.
Support the director with conference planning, such as filling in relevant templates, identifying conference dates and travel dates, and providing support for visa applications
Keeping UNIP records and databases up to date, including identifying where sales leads need to be followed up
Ensuring contracts are processed where needed in a timely manner and all records are kept in accordance with Crimson policies.
Completed secondary education (1-2 years of relevant experience in lieu of completed education will be accepted)
Experience managing administrative procedures
Experience working remotely
Ability to work independently and asynchronously
