
Details: This position is full-time, Monday through Friday. The standard hours are 7:00am until 3:30pm or 8:00am until 4:30pm.

Department: Transplant - Intestine
This position provides comprehensive administrative support by managing referral intake, coordinating records collection and tracking, and maintaining accurate data entry systems. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, managing calendars, coordinating meetings and committee logistics, and ensuring effective communication through patient correspondence and mailings.
The role also oversees shared mailbox management, document preparation, filing, and general operational support for providers, coordinators, and leadership. Success in this position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting efficient day-to-day operations.
Position Requirements:
• High School Diploma/GED required.
•Requires 0-3+ years relevant experience; previous administrative experience preferred.
• Experience with matrix organization and complex work environment a plus.
• Requires basic proficiency in MS office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
