Job Description

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist clients, visitors, and staff in a professional manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars
  • Maintain filing systems (physical and electronic records)
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and documentation
  • Process invoices, purchase orders, and basic data entry
  • Coordinate meetings, service requests, and follow-ups
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
  • Support service teams with administrative tasks
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Education/Experience:

  • High school diploma (or GED)
  • 3 years of experience in an office setting

Competencies:

  • Administrative office skills and experience
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently or with others
  • Organized with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Personal computer skills, strong typing ability, and knowledge of Microsoft Office.3 years of experience in an


Physical Demands

This position is a largely sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand, as necessary.
