The trainee will support the Executive Office with daily administrative and coordination activities. The role will involve managing schedules and meetings, preparing and organizing documents and reports, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, following up on tasks and requests, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Executive Office.
