Job Description
Job Location: Duneland - Hybrid-Remote - Portage, IN 46368In this hands-on position the ideal candidate should excel in supporting the day-to-day operations of a growing Talent Experience team, including Talent Acquisition, onboarding, benefit administration, and data entry, primarily through our Paycom HRIS and other business systems. The position is remote-first hybrid but will require the incumbent to occasionally travel between all of our sites in Indiana and Illinois. This position will report to the Manager of Talent Acquisition.
Responsibilities
- Organize, compile, and update company personnel records and documentation
- Manage and update HR database (Paycom) with pertinent confidential information; run reports, as needed
- Assist employees with company benefits, employee self-service, and day-to-day inquiries
- Assist Talent Acquisition Manager with phone calls, interview coordination including travel arrangements, and onboarding as well as running the Monosol Internship program
- Run background checks
- Verification of Employment
- Create purchase orders and processes check requests
- Assist with processing of new vendor contracts using Salesforce
- Responsible for typing letters, memos and other written correspondence, as needed
- Assist with planning of company functions
- Assist in ad hoc projects, as needed
- Travel between sites in Indiana and Illinois as required.
Qualifications
- Previous administrative experience in a fast paced, confidential environment required; experience in HR office strongly preferred
- Business-related degree helpful, but not required
- Previous experience with Paycom HRIS system or similar required, and familiarity with Concur, SAP, Salesforce preferred
- Ability to effectively use Microsoft Office software, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with employee benefits, labor laws, and FMLA a plus
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Exemplary written and oral communication skills
- Reliable and supportive team player

- The compensation range that is described below is the possible base pay compensation that the company believes in good faith that it will pay for this role at the time of posting based on job grade for the position. Individual compensation within this range is based on many factors such as years of experience etc. so the company might pay more or less than the posted range and it is understood that this range may be modified in the future.
- In addition to base compensation, MonoSol provides a yearly incentive compensation bonus, a profit sharing bonus when eligible, a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision insurances, short term disability, long term disability, accidental death and dismemberment, term life insurance, voluntary term life insurance, transit flexible spending account (if applicable), employee assistance program, identity theft protection, 401k and paid time off (vacation and sick days).
Compensation range - $51,065.81 - $87,084.98
Incentive Compensation Bonus Target – 6%
Paid time off amount – 15 days
