
The EMC2 organization delivers advanced, multi-domain battle management capabilities that enable joint and coalition operations worldwide. We are seeking an experienced administrative assistance to support two Directors within this market segment.
This individual will serve as the Director’s ambassador, interfacing with cross‑functional executives, senior management, and staff at all levels while expertly managing a volume calendar, domestic and occasional international travel arrangements, and expense reporting. This proactive professional will exercise discretion in handling email and in‑person requests, prepare briefing materials and PowerPoint presentations, coordinate and support a variety of meetings—including events—and ensure all administrative details, task updates, and deadlines are tracked and communicated. Strong communication skills and a detail‑oriented, proactive mindset are essential for success in this role.
This position requires the individual to travel between our Moorestown, NJ and King of Prussia, PA locations. The individual must be able to commute to both as needed.
Performs a variety of secretarial and administrative duties for assigned supervisor/manager or senior staff member. Performs normal office functions such as setting up and maintaining alphabetical, numerical and/or subject files; interviewing callers and making proper referrals; arranging meetings and conferences; and receiving, referring, or answering mail. May take and transcribe dictation; uses personal computers and standard desktop software to compose reports, correspondence, and memorandums; reviews drafts and finished documents for appropriate grammatical usage; answers questions relating to office operations and established policies and procedures. May provide guidance and direction, as needed, to lower-level secretaries and other clerical employees.
Full-Time Salary Range: $56600.00 - $105000.00
