York Technical College, a member of the South Carolina Technical and Comprehensive Education System, is a public, two-year institution of higher education that offers a variety of associate degrees, diplomas, and certificates. Through maximizing student success, the College seeks to contribute to the economic growth and development of York, Lancaster, and Chester counties and of the State.
The College is recruiting for two Administrative Assistant, Shared Services positions. One position will initially be assigned to Allied Health, and the other to Workforce and Economic Development. As the College’s shared-services model develops, these positions may transition to centralized support serving multiple areas. This evolving structure offers opportunities to build broad institutional knowledge, develop experience across business functions, and contribute to consistent service throughout the College.
High school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of relevant experience in administrative support, office operations, business operations, customer service, records management, or a related area. Higher education may be substituted for the required work experience.
Experience using financial, scheduling, student information, document management, or enterprise systems.
Applicants indicating degree(s) on the application may be required to provide unofficial copies of transcripts in the application process and official transcript upon hire.
