The Administrative Assistant, Sales provides high-quality administrative and operational support to the Sales Department, enabling the team to focus on revenue generation and business growth. Reporting to the Manager, Sales Operations & Systems, the role coordinates departmental administration, maintains accurate records and reports, supports client and partner activities, and manages travel and logistical arrangements. The position also facilitates effective communication across departments, ensuring operational efficiency, exceptional service, and compliance with company standards, while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
You are highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills. You are confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, and can manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Opera PMS/Opera Cloud and Delphi Sales & Catering is an advantage. With a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, you are self-motivated, career-driven and adaptable, with the ability to attend regular meetings and work flexible hours.
