We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant (Sales) for our Hopelawn, NJ shop.

The Administrative Assistant (Sales) provides comprehensive administrative, sales, marketing, and customer support to the Sales Department. This role supports day-to-day sales operations, customer relationship management, proposal and contract administration, social media initiatives, community outreach activities, and general office functions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.

Job Functions:

• Provide administrative support to the Sales Team, including preparation of proposals, quotes, presentations, reports, and customer correspondence.
• Assist with managing sales opportunities, customer records, and activity tracking within the company CRM system.
• Manage company social media platforms, including creating, scheduling, and posting relevant content to promote services, projects, employee recognition, and company events.
• Maintain accurate customer and prospect information, including contact details, project information, and communication history.
• Coordinate customer meetings, sales appointments, trade shows, networking events, and community outreach activities.
• Support marketing initiatives by updating website content, creating promotional materials, and maintaining brand consistency.
• Coordinate community outreach efforts, including participation in local events, industry associations, charitable activities, and sponsorship programs.
• Assist with creating visual presentations, marketing materials, newsletters, and customer communications.
• Handle confidential information with professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
• Plan, organize, and prioritize assigned projects to ensure timely completion.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred 2 years of administrative support experience, preferably in a construction, roofing, or service-related environment.
• Previous experience supporting sales, marketing, or customer service functions preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with CRM systems and social media platforms preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
• Detail-oriented with strong proofreading and data-entry skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and customer-service mindset.
• Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors, and internal team members.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Compensation: $20-26 per hour (DOE)
