Here on the Apple Store Online (ASO) team, we are responsible for Apple’s largest store. Our main goal is to deliver a magical, personal digital experience where customers can shop, buy and learn everything Apple, wherever they are. Each customer should feel like they are our only customer and our job is to set the bar for the experience they receive. As an Administrative Assistant within Apple Store Online, you'll serve as a trusted partner to your leaders on the Quality and Commercial Programs teams. You'll play a central role connecting teams and managing key information that keeps our organization running smoothly.
In the role of Administrative Assistant, you will anticipate your leaders' needs and solve problems before they arise, bringing strong organizational skills and strategic thinking to support their priorities. You will collaborate closely with the ASO Administrative Assistant team, working across Retail and Apple to deliver seamless support.
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of experience providing administrative support to senior leaders or executives, including calendar management and prioritization, event planning, travel logistics, expense reporting and project management
Ability to take initiative and build trust across cross-functional teams
Experience organizing schedules and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment with efficient turnaround times
Experience solving ambiguous problems with curiosity and creativity, with a solutions-oriented approach
Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion while maintaining composure under pressure
Experience collaborating across time zones in a matrixed organization
Negotiation and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with Apple software and productivity tools (e.g., Keynote, Numbers, Calendar)
Minimum Qualifications
3+ years of experience providing administrative support to senior leaders or executives, including calendar management and prioritization, event planning, travel logistics, expense reporting and project management
Experience providing high-level administrative support to executives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Experience drafting written communications and delivering verbal updates to leadership and cross-functional teams with keen attention to detail
