We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Administrative Assistant - Research

In this role, you will:

  • Provide day-to-day secretarial and general administrative support to assigned teams
  • Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, arrange travel logistics, and maintain calendars for assigned team members. Support cross-border travel administration; salesforce update
  • Maintain the Gifts & Entertainment register and perform basic updates/record-keeping.
  • Prepare and submit travel and expense claims in Fusion in a timely manner; follow up for missing receipts/approvals as needed.
  • Coordinate Joiner/Mover/Leaver (JML) requests and liaise with relevant internal teams to complete tasks.
  • Handle confidential information appropriately and follow Group information risk standards; escalate exceptions when identified.
  • Complete ad-hoc administrative tasks and manage workload volumes while maintaining quality.

To be successful, you will:

  • Possess extensive experience in secretarial or administrative duty
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sense of ownership and problem-solving mindset
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proven ability to handle multi-tasks and work under pressure
  • Very good common sense and capable of work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficient in MS Office
