Job Description

This is an Office maintenance and Reception on-site job, full-time, with a 2-year fixed-term contract.

Primary Functions and Tasks:

Work with documents

• Scan, archive contracts and documents of the company.
• Follow up to receive the contracts from the requester/ holder of the contract.

Telecommunication & IT equipment

• Manage the phones and IT equipment fleet.
• Allocate phones and IT equipment to new hires.

Office maintenance

• Ensure and maintain the functionality of the office.
• Perform supplies orders – stationary, coffee, water, cleaning products, protocol, household items.
• Handle correspondence and couriers.
• Welcome visitors.

Events organization

• Organize Corporate team events.
• Support CSR activities.

Collaboration

• Collaboration with internal departments.
• Collaboration with suppliers.

We are looking for:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A friendly, proactive person with a positive attitude
• Advanced English language.
• Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel.
