Pyramid Healthcare’s Detox and Residential Treatment Center in Hammonton, NJ is dedicated to providing trauma-informed, person-centered treatment for individuals seeking meaningful, long-term recovery. Our facility offers evidence-based treatment alongside group and individual counseling sessions, helping clients transition to a sober lifestyle. The detox program ensures a medically supervised withdrawal in a comfortable setting, while our residential rehab program offers variable stays with personalized treatment plans.

Pay: $16/hr.

Shift: 3:00pm - 11:00pm - working 4 days per week.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the front office of the facility. Oversee medical records filing, transcription, and transfer of records, assisting the facility with these tasks.
  • Perform basic clerical duties, including answering phones, mailing, administrative filing, copying, faxing, and typing.
  • Assemble and update client packets. Assist with the intake process and billing sheets.
  • Correspond with referral sources.
  • Attend staff meetings and take minutes.
  • Maintain office equipment and coordinate with vendors for maintenance requirements.
  • Ensure the appearance, cleanliness, and organization of the office.
  • Complete all necessary reports.
  • Maintain the policy and procedure book.
  • Perform other duties as deemed necessary.

Required Skills:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a secretarial role.
  • Strong computer and phone skills.
  • Ability to multi-task effectively.
