Job Description

L’adjoint(e) administrative soutient l’équipe dans ses activités quotidiennes en télétravail, en assurant une coordination efficace des tâches administratives et une communication fluide en français et en anglais. Ce rôle implique notamment la gestion de la facturation, du calendrier d'inspection, et des documents administratifs.

Responsabilités

• Organiser et maintenir les fichiers et dossiers numériques.
• Préparer, réviser et traduire des documents en français et en anglais.
• Traiter et distribuer les courriels et correspondances en fonction de la langue du destinataire.
• Offrir soutien administratif à la directrice régionale.
• Prendre en charge la facturation des clients, incluant le suivi et la vérification des paiements.
• Gestion des crédits / débits
• Gérer le calendrier d’inspection en assurant une coordination efficace avec l’équipe et les clients.
• Organiser les réunions et déplacements de l’équipe de direction.
• Préparer des comptes rendus de réunion et assurer le suivi des actions.
• Gérer les calendriers et agendas en tenant compte des priorités et urgences.
• Offrir du soutien aux inspecteurs au niveau administratif .
• Tenir à jour le registre des dossiers en attente / assistance à l’assignation
• Gestion des demandes d’inspections
• Coordonner la logistique pour les réunions d’équipe.

Aider à la préparation de rapports et de présentations bilingues.

Prendre en charge la facturation des clients, incluant le suivi et la vérification des paiements.

Coordonner le calendrier d’inspection avec l’équipe et les clients.
Organiser les réunions et déplacements de l’équipe de direction.
Préparer les comptes rendus de réunion et assurer le suivi des actions.
Offrir un soutien administratif aux inspecteurs.
