Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Greets all visitors and manages front desk including answering of office phone and switchboard.
  1. Mail PPE supplies to employees as needed
  2. Serves as a resource and a point of contact for office projects, supply needs and other office needs.
  1. Provides ongoing training and support to caregivers using EVV system.
  1. Responsible for mail distribution and other duties regarding outgoing and incoming mail
  2. Provide clerical support when needed, including copying, scanning, filing, faxing, and mailing documents
  3. Prepare conference rooms for meetings and employee orientations
  4. Demonstrates good judgment when prioritizing various project and assignments.
  5. In accordance with HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability & Accountability Act), understands and displays confidentiality of employee and client personal and/or health information.
  6. Motivates caregivers to report to work prepared and on time.
  7. Other administrative duties and responsibilities as assigned or needed

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Minimum qualifications include High School diploma and 2-4 years related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous experience in a health care organization preferred.
  • Strong written and oral communications; and ability to work with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse environment.
  • Excellent computer skills required.
  • Excellent customer service skills, telephone skills, interpersonal skills and a positive attitude and demeanor.
  • Excellent coaching and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and establish and maintain effective working relationships. Must be a team-player. Must have ability to motivate and develop staff.
  • Ability to handle confidential documents and sensitive information professionally.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced work setting using technology-based programs and platforms; perform simple accounting procedures; and maintain effective recordkeeping system.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects, changing priorities and frequent heavy workloads which may require work outside of normal business hours.
  • Must have exemplary organizational and time management skills.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
