We're looking for an organized and analytical Administrative Assistant to join our Finance team.

What you'll do

• Checking the correctness of documentation.
• Proper recording of business documents.
• Support in the salary calculation process.
• Support in the process of creating and recording documentation related to employees.
• Work on portals SEF and CROSO.
• Communication with suppliers.
• Support with monthly and annual reports.
• Other administrative jobs.

Must-haves

• 3+ years of experience in accounting.
• University education.
• Computer skills (MS Office).
• Good knowledge of English language.
• Ability to work in CET timezone.
• Fluent in Ex-Yu languages (Serbian, Bosnian, Croatian, Montenegrin).
• Prepared to constantly improve.
