About Your Company

King Deux is partnering with a multi-family office founded by exit tech entrepreneurs. We are seeking a detail-oriented office administrator to support the founder and operations team.

About your role

• Provide full spectrum of secretarial support to CEO and senior managers in both business & personal affairs.

• Arrange calendar/appointments/meetings.

• Prepare travel arrangements and itineraries.

• Procurement and maintenance of office supplies and equipment

• Maintain the strictest confidentiality at all times.

• Undertake ad hoc duties as assigned.

What you will need to succeed

• Diploma Holder or equivalent; bachelor’s degree is a plus.

• 2 years or above of relevant working experience.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Good command of both English and Chinese.

• Able to work independently and under pressure, being detail oriented and well organized.

• High professional standard of integrity and confidentiality.
